Kristal Bowman-Carter
Managing Partner
Kristal Bowman-Carter is an experienced attorney licensed in California since 1996 and Utah since 2011. She practices in the areas of estate planning and administration. She assists clients in planning their estates with revocable and/or irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, as well as other estate and tax planning strategies. She also helps clients with the administration of the estate of their loved one. Kristal received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, and her undergraduate degree in French with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. Kristal is admitted to practice law in all California and Utah State courts; the United States District Court, North, South and Central Districts of California; the United States District Court, Central District of Utah; and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bars of California and Utah, the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the Park City Bar Association.

Sabrina O’Mara
Associate Attorney
Sabrina O’Mara is an associate attorney at Bowman-Carter Law, PC. Her practice focuses on preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and business formation. Sabrina’s planning practice includes advising clients on legal and business issues related with estate planning. Sabrina received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Utah, and is a proud Parkite.
Amanda Camerota
Office Manager
Amanda Camerota joined Bowman-Carter Law, PC in 2017 as the office manager and works behind the scenes to support the firm’s estate planning practice. Amanda supervises the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm’s operations and oversees client intake, billing and accounting, and case management. Amanda graduated from the University of Utah and has lived in Park City for most of her life.
Charlene Rodriguez
Receptionist
Charlene Rodriguez joined Bowman-Carter Law, PC in 2022 and works in the front office supporting the firm’s estate planning practice as receptionist and performing work essential to make the office run smoothly and communicate well with its clients. Charlene graduated from the University of Utah and has lived in Park City for most of her life. She is also active in the Park City Community’s non-profit sector. Charlene is fluent in Spanish.
