Courtney Stallings is an associate attorney in the Rexburg office of Parsons Behle & Latimer, where her practice centers on real estate litigation and related land use and corporate matters. She guides clients through every stage of litigation and focuses on practical, effective solutions to resolve disputes.
As a member of the firm’s litigation practice team, Courtney handles a broad range of civil litigation. Her work includes land use and development, construction, easement disputes, administrative law and general business litigation, and she regularly helps clients navigate municipal regulations and application processes.
Before joining Parsons, Courtney served as staff attorney to the Honorable Steven W. Boyce, District Judge for Fremont, Madison, and Teton Counties in Idaho’s Seventh Judicial District. In that role, she supported the court on complex civil litigation dockets and criminal matters, including Idaho’s two longest jury trials in high-profile homicide cases.
Courtney earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she piloted the CASA Program, training law students to serve as guardians ad litem and advocate for children in the foster care system. She also interned for the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and externed for the Honorable Candy W. Dale, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. Each of these experiences shapes how she approaches her clients’ cases today.
Outside the office, Courtney enjoys escaping to the mountains, supporting local arts experiences, and tending to her beehive and flower garden.
